1 About Golden Aura Solutions LLC

Golden Aura Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent document retrieval service that assists businesses in obtaining Certificates of Good Standing (and equivalent documents) from state government agencies across the United States.

We are a private, independent company. We are not a government agency, a state representative, a law firm, or a legal services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any state Secretary of State office, Department of Revenue, or any other government body.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an order form, or making a payment to Golden Aura Solutions LLC, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Aura Solutions LLC with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

3 Nature of Our Services

Golden Aura Solutions LLC provides a document retrieval service. When you place an order, we act as an authorized representative submitting requests to the appropriate state agency on your behalf. Our service includes:

• Reviewing your submitted business information for completeness
• Submitting a request to the appropriate state agency
• Following up with the agency as needed to obtain the document
• Delivering the completed certificate to you via email in PDF format

We are a facilitator only. We do not create, alter, or certify government documents. All certificates are official documents issued directly by the state.

4 Order Processing & Payment

The following outlines how orders are processed once submitted through our website:

• Order Review: Upon submission of your order form, our team will review your information to verify that all required details are complete and accurate. If any information is missing, unclear, or requires clarification, we will contact you directly at the email address provided before proceeding.
• Invoice Issuance: Once your order has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email for the total amount due, which includes our service fee and the applicable state fee. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your invoice promptly.
• Processing Timeline Begins Upon Payment: Your selected turnaround time — Standard or Expedited — begins on the date and time that payment of your invoice is received in full. Orders will not be submitted to the state until payment has been confirmed.
• Certificate Delivery: Once the certificate has been issued by the applicable state agency, it will be delivered to you via email as an official PDF document, unless otherwise specified by the state's requirements.

5 Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity named in your order
• The business information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• The business you are requesting a certificate for is a legally registered entity in the state specified
• You understand that the state — not Golden Aura Solutions LLC — determines whether a certificate is issued
• You are at least 18 years of age

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in your order being rejected by the state, delays in processing, or cancellation of your order without refund of state fees.

6 No Legal Advice

If you require legal guidance regarding your business standing, compliance obligations, or the use of a Certificate of Good Standing in legal proceedings, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Golden Aura Solutions LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on information provided by us as legal advice.

7 Refund Policy

All fees paid to Golden Aura Solutions LLC consist of two components: (1) our service fee, and (2) state-mandated fees paid directly to the government agency on your behalf. These components are treated differently in our refund policy.

State Fees — Non-Refundable: State fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable in all circumstances. Once submitted to the state, these fees cannot be recovered regardless of the outcome of your request.

Service Fee — Refund Conditions:

• Once we have successfully obtained your Certificate of Good Standing from the state, no refund of the service fee will be issued under any circumstances.
• If your certificate cannot be obtained due to an error on our part (e.g., we submitted incorrect information that you provided correctly on your order form, or we failed to submit your order), we will refund the service fee in full.
• If the state declines to issue a certificate because your business is not in good standing, has outstanding fees or filings, or is not properly registered, no refund will be issued as this outcome is outside our control.
• If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information that causes your order to fail, no refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of your order date, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Aura Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from a delay or failure to obtain a certificate
• Damages arising from state agency errors, delays, or rejections
• Reliance on information provided by state agencies in certificates we obtain
• Any third-party actions taken based on the certificate or lack thereof

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to Golden Aura Solutions LLC for the specific order giving rise to the claim, excluding any state fees paid on your behalf.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Golden Aura Solutions LLC takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the personal and business information necessary to process your order and provide our services.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your certificate request
• Communicating with you about your order status
• Submitting required information to state agencies on your behalf
• Complying with applicable legal obligations
• Improving our services and preventing fraud

We may share your information with state government agencies as required to fulfill your order. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in these Terms.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• A Certificate of Good Standing will be issued by the state for your business
• State processing times will meet your personal deadlines
• Information provided by state agencies in issued certificates is free from error

Golden Aura Solutions LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any state filing or request submitted on your behalf.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Golden Aura Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules before any litigation is commenced.

You agree that any claims against Golden Aura Solutions LLC shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

12 Changes to These Terms

Golden Aura Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
