1 About Golden Aura Solutions LLC

Golden Aura Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent document retrieval service that assists businesses in obtaining Certificates of Good Standing (and equivalent documents) from state government agencies across the United States.

We are a private, independent company. We are not a government agency, a state representative, a law firm, or a legal services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any state Secretary of State office, Department of Revenue, or any other government body.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an order form, or making a payment to Golden Aura Solutions LLC, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Aura Solutions LLC with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

3 Nature of Our Services

Golden Aura Solutions LLC provides a document retrieval service. When you place an order, we act as an authorized representative submitting requests to the appropriate state agency on your behalf. Our service includes:

Important: The issuance of a Certificate of Good Standing is entirely at the discretion of the state agency. Golden Aura Solutions LLC cannot guarantee that a certificate will be issued. Issuance depends on factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to: whether your business is currently in good standing with the state, whether all required filings and fees have been paid to the state, and whether your business is properly registered in the requested state.

We are a facilitator only. We do not create, alter, or certify government documents. All certificates are official documents issued directly by the state.

4 Order Processing & Payment

Please Note: Submitting an order form does not constitute a guarantee of service or lock in a processing time. Your turnaround time is only guaranteed once your invoice has been paid in full and your order information has been verified by our team.

5 Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in your order being rejected by the state, delays in processing, or cancellation of your order without refund of state fees.

6 No Legal Advice

Golden Aura Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on our website, in our communications, or in the documents we retrieve constitutes legal advice. We are not attorneys and cannot advise you on legal matters.

If you require legal guidance regarding your business standing, compliance obligations, or the use of a Certificate of Good Standing in legal proceedings, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Golden Aura Solutions LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on information provided by us as legal advice.

7 Refund Policy

All fees paid to Golden Aura Solutions LLC consist of two components: (1) our service fee, and (2) state-mandated fees paid directly to the government agency on your behalf. These components are treated differently in our refund policy.

State Fees — Non-Refundable: State fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable in all circumstances. Once submitted to the state, these fees cannot be recovered regardless of the outcome of your request.

Service Fee — Refund Conditions:

Summary: Refunds of our service fee are only available if the failure to obtain your certificate is directly caused by an error on our end. State fees are never refundable. If you have a question about whether your situation qualifies, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of your order date, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Aura Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to Golden Aura Solutions LLC for the specific order giving rise to the claim, excluding any state fees paid on your behalf.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Golden Aura Solutions LLC takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the personal and business information necessary to process your order and provide our services.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

We may share your information with state government agencies as required to fulfill your order. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Golden Aura Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules before any litigation is commenced.

You agree that any claims against Golden Aura Solutions LLC shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

12 Changes to These Terms

Golden Aura Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
